Connect your phone number with Gupshup service
Before entering your phone number in the settings of our app in Bitrix24, you must first connect it via the Gupshup service and get LIVE status.
The Gupshup App must be linked to our Gupshup Partner ID 117 (ANWEB)
Before proceeding with the Go-Live process, you must set our Partner ID 117 in the settings of your Gupshup App in the Gupshup dashboard.
Connect any own phone number to WhatsApp
You can connect any of your existing phone numbers.

It is possible to create templates for outgoing messages
To be able to write to the user first, you can create the necessary templates and send them for approval in WhatsApp. Template outgoing messages are charged according to WhatsApp Fee.

When installing the app, a new SMS provider is automatically created in Bitrix24, only in this case, not SMS, but messages are sent to WhatsApp. Sending is carried out both manually and automatically from anywhere in the CRM: Automation rules, Workflows, CRM Marketing (SMS Campaign, Messengers), Lead timeline, Deal timeline, Contact timeline, Company timeline.
